Crochet a cute hot air balloon applique to embellish your baby blankets, granny squares, greeting cards, or any project for Valentine’s Day!
The crochet pattern of the hot air balloon applique is part of my Valentine’s Day granny squares, a collection of 20 afghan blocks and appliques to create something beautiful and unique for the most romantic day of the year!
However, this hot air balloon is very versatile and you can use it to decorate any project, especially baby blankets and accessories. For example, you could add a couple of cloud appliques, and replace the hearts with some tiny stars to make a perfect balloon for a baby boy.
