How do you crochet a heart Dishcloth?

Heart-shaped dishcloths or pot holders can be crocheted using different stitches and techniques.

For this crochet heart washcloth pattern, I used the waffle stitch, both the classic waffle stitch and its corner-to-corner (C2C) variation.

It would be great to have a little confidence with the waffle stitch before crocheting this heart dishcloth.

If you would like to make a heart potholder instead of a dishcloth, I suggest you use a smaller hook size so that your fabric will be thick and solid.
