Crochet this Pumpkin Spice Scarf and get ready for the cold season with all the colors and vibes of Fall and Winter!
This quick and easy crochet scarf pattern mostly uses the moss stitch alternated with a few sections of puff stitch braids.
One thing that I really love about this scarf is that it is completely reversible!
You heard it right, there’s no right or wrong side. The scarf looks the same on both sides of the fabric.
I also love that even though there are sections with many color changes, there are very few ends to weave in at the end because in most cases, you can carry the yarn on one edge of the scarf.
Pick your favorite 3 skeins of Aran weight yarn from your stash and get ready to crochet this super fun scarf.
And since gift season is almost here, you might even think about making a few more scarves to gift for Christmas!

Ribbing
Continue to crochet with B to add the ribbing to the current end of the scarf (row 218).
Row 1. Ch 8, turn (photo 8). Sl st 7 starting from the second ch from hook. Sl st 2 working in next 2 sts on the scarf (see arrows in photo 9). (7 sl sts + 2 sl sts)
To avoid gaps between the ribbing and the scarf, do not crochet in the ch-1 sps from the last row. Instead, crochet in the corresponding sc in the second-to-last row (see white arrow in photo 9).
Row 2. Ch 1 (does not count as a st here and throughout), turn (photo 10). BLO sl st 7 (photo 11). (7 sl sts)
Row 3. Ch 1, turn. BLO sl st 7. Sl st 2 working in next 2 sts on the scarf. (7 sl sts + 2 sl sts)
Repeat rows 2-3 until you reach the end of the row (photo 12).
Fasten off and weave in your ends.
Add the ribbing to the other end of the scarf (row 1).
Join C in the same ch as the sc either at the beginning or at the end of row 1. Then, continue as described above.
