And here it is! This crochet flower is quick and easy to make and you can crochet it in any color of your choice.

MATERIALS
- Sport (2, Fine) Weight Yarn
- 2.75-mm (C/2 US, 12 UK) Crochet Hook
- Tapestry Needle
YARN
I used Schachenmayr Catania in the following colors:
- A – Sun Yellow (00208)
- B – Color of your choice
Feel free to use any yarn with the appropriate hook.
SIZE
Approximately 1.7″ (4.4 cm).
GAUGE
This pattern is too small to accurately determine the gauge.
ABBREVIATIONS (US TERMS)
- Ch – Chain
- Dc – Double Crochet
- MC – Magic Circle
- Sl St – Slip Stitch

SPECIAL STITCHES

Easy 6-Petal Flower Applique – FREE CROCHET PATTERN & STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL
With A, make a MC.
Round 1. Ch 2 (does not count as a st), dc 12 in MC. Join with a sl st into first st or with an invisible join. (12 sts)
Fasten off A leaving a long tail for sewing your applique on your project.
PETALS
RS facing, join B in any st from round 1.
Round 2. *Ch 2 (photo 1), [dc 1, tr 1] in same st as joining (photo 2), [tr 1, dc 1, ch 2, sl st 1] in next st.
Sl st 1 into next st (photos 3-4). Repeat from * 6 times.
Fasten off and weave in your ends.
