Of course, you can decorate your Christmas wreath in many different ways. Here, I used a classic red bow, a couple of holly leaves, and some berries.
But use your imagination and your favorite colors to make a wreath that matches your Christmas decorations and ornaments.

Christmas Wreath Amigurumi – Free Crochet Pattern
Doughnut
Crochet in the round working in a spiral.
Ch 18, and without twisting the chain, join with a sl st in first ch.
Round 1. Sc around. (18 sts)
Round 2. Sc 1, (sc inc 1, sc 2) 5 times, sc inc 1, sc 1. (24 sts)
Round 3. (Sc inc 1, sc 3) 6 times. (30 sts)
Round 4. Sc 2, (sc inc 1, sc 4) 5 times, sc inc 1, sc 2. (36 sts)
Round 5. (Sc inc 1, sc 5) 6 times. (42 sts)
Round 6. Sc 3, (sc inc 1, sc 6) 5 times, sc inc 1, sc 3. (48 sts)
Round 7. (Sc inc 1, sc 7) 6 times. (54 sts)
Round 8. Sc 4, (sc inc 1, sc 8) 5 times, sc inc 1, sc 4. (60 sts)

Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.
Doughnut Assembly
Using the whipstitch, seam the last round of the doughnut with the foundation ch (see next page for more detailed instructions).
After seaming a set of stitches, make sure to add enough stuffing before moving on to the next portion of the doughnut.
Whipstitch for Doughnut
Step 1. Squeeze the doughnut in the middle to bring the last round and the foundation chain close to each other (photo 1).
Step 2. Draw the yarn tail through the BLO of the first st on the last round of the doughnut (photo 2).
Step 3. Turn to the other side and draw your yarn through the corresponding st of the foundation chain (photo 3).
Step 4. Without going through any st, draw the yarn through the center of the doughnut to the other side (the same side as the last round) (photo 4).
Repeat steps 2 to 4 all around. Make sure to go through all 18 sts and stuff your doughnut evenly!

Holly Leaf Applique
Make 2 with dark green following the pattern for the Large Holly leaf Applique HERE.
Holly Berry
Make 10 with red, white, or yellow following the pattern for the large Holly Berry HERE.
Bow
With red, ch 52.
Row 1. Dc 1 in third ch from hook, dc 1, hdc 1, sc 2, sl st 5, sc 2, hdc 2, dc 2, tr 4, dc 3, hdc 1, sc 2, hdc 1, dc 3, tr 4, dc 2, hdc 2, sc 2, sl st 5, sc 2, hdc 1, dc 2. Ch 2, sl st in initial ch.
Fasten off and weave in your ends.
Bow Assembly
- Place the bow with the WS facing up (photo 5) and fold the two ends toward the center (photos 6 and 7).
- Drew a length of red yarn through the center of the bow to secure it (photo 8).
- Roll the yarn around the center of the bow several times.
Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.

Wreath Assembly
Sew the two holly leaves on the front of the doughnut (photo 9).

Place the bow in the middle of the leaves and attach it using the long tail of yarn from the center of the bow.
Sew the holly berries all around the wreath.
Fasten off and weave in all your ends.
