These crochet Candy Cane Appliques are the new pattern entry in my Christmas Applique Collection.
This pattern is super quick & easy and will make just the cutest Christmas embellishments for your Holiday makes!
Since I wanted to have candy canes curling both to the right and to the left, here, I’ll share two versions of the same pattern.

You have got to be kidding
Color A is red or white
Color B is red or white
You just want us to do both and figure out what you mean?
Hi, sorry, I guess that is confusing…
What I mean is that if you use red as color A, white will be color B. If white is your color A, use red as color B. But you can totally use the colors that you prefer, it’s up to you.
I don’t see where the stripes are added to the candy cane like the ones pictured. I assume I’d do that by hand with an opposing-color yarn and a seeing needle?
Hi Deb, that’s correct. The stripes are simply embroidered on the candy cane 🙂
Thank you! Love this, straight forward and easily works up quickly. I plan to use embroidery thread and glue on pin backs. Hopefully, it’ll work as well as your original materials do. Have a blessed holiday season.
